Are you using the most up-to-date forms?

2 Apr

sales-formsWe receive applications every day for PADI Divemaster, Specialty Instructor and TecRec Instructor ratings and we commonly find that old forms are being used which are no longer valid.

It is vital that you use the most recent forms as they contain updated information about standard changes with clear instructions.

You can check the Training Bulletin announcements and the PADI Pros’ Site under the Training Essentials, Forms and Applications section for any updated forms.

Additionally, please ensure that you use the most current Risk Management form as well. Some liability release documents may not contain the Non-Agency Disclosure and Acknowledgment Agreement which you can download as a standalone document for your student/participants to complete.

If you have any questions please contact your Regional Training Consultant or send an enquiry to training-sales@padi.com.au.

PADI AmbassaDiver™ in Asia Pacific

1 Apr

padi-ambassadiver

In the coming weeks, PADI will be launching the PADI AmbassaDiver™ program in the Asia Pacific region. The aim is to help inspire others to start diving, keep diving or teach diving by establishing an official program of dive ambassadors. This program will help grow the pool of divers, ocean advocates and explorers in the region and across the globe.

PADI AmbassaDiver will be expected to act positively and professionally as:

  • A representative of the PADI brand.
  • A voice of PADI within their community and spheres of influence.
  • A positive influence for PADI’s audience to start, keep or teach diving.
  • A brand advocate of PADI through social platforms, events and relevant engagements.
  • A safe, responsible diver who respects marine life and the environment.

If you would like to nominate for consideration a PADI Professional or influential PADI Diver that would be suitable please email ambassadiver@padi.com.au.

Stay tuned for more updates including PADI AmbassaDiver announcements from the Asia Pacific region.
